In making an EOI, you must demonstrate that your occupation is on the appropriate skilled occupation list for the visa you are applying for. It must be issued by the correct assessing authority that matches your occupation, so you need to check with this to have it accepted.

How may I have an invitation?

To become eligible for any of the Skilled Visas, it is essential to receive an invitation to apply from the government of Australia and SkillSelect. So to notify the government of your intent to apply, submission of an Expression of Interest form is done via SkillSelect. You have to be less than 45 years of age at the time that invitation to apply for the visa comes because of this, ensure that you will have that application done at a time that is sufficient to surpass the 45th birthday.

The Points Test
